These Terms of Service govern your use of Yoyaku-suru (the "Service"), provided by Codama. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Yoyaku-suru is a SaaS booking and appointment management platform for service businesses. The Service includes a public booking page, a provider dashboard, calendar sync, customer notifications, and payment processing.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for the accuracy of business information you publish, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments collected from your customers are processed through Stripe and disbursed according to Stripe's payout schedule. Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy you configure.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled downtime can occur.
The Service connects with third parties including Google Calendar, Stripe, LINE, and Resend. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for failures or changes in third-party services.
You may not use the Service to conduct illegal activity, to send spam, to infringe intellectual property, to upload malicious code, or to abuse the Service in ways that disrupt other users.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codama is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
